We are a newly born ecommerce brand that sells products to stop snoring and sleep better. We launched the brand in Europe at the beginning of 2024 and we have scaled to 7 figures in just a couple of months.

We’re looking for a passionate and caring Customer Support Agent to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service across all platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. You’ll ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Compensation:

Compensation will be hourly ranging between $4 to $12/hr according to CSAT and tickets responded per hour.
There are bonuses for outstanding performance.

There is the possibility of a full time position if you are really good and putting in the work
Up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
