Job Title: Customer Support Agent – Airbnb Management
About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Support Agent to oversee our Airbnb listings. This remote role is pivotal in ensuring excellent guest experiences, upholding high standards in hospitality, and effectively managing the operational aspects of Airbnb hosting.
Key Responsibilities:
Airbnb Listing Management: Manage all aspects of our Airbnb listings, including handling bookings, communicating with guests, and updating listing details.
Guest Communication: Provide prompt and efficient communication with guests, addressing their inquiries, offering assistance, and resolving any issues to ensure a memorable stay.
Review and Feedback Management: Monitor, respond to, and manage guest reviews and feedback, aiming for high guest satisfaction.
Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with Airbnb policies and local rental regulations.
Operational Coordination: Work closely with relevant parties for property maintenance, cleaning, and repairs, ensuring properties are up to standard.
Listing Performance Optimization: Assist in strategy development to optimize listing visibility, enhance guest experiences, and increase bookings.
Industry Trends Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest trends in Airbnb management and the hospitality sector.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently manage tasks in a remote environment.
Knowledge of Airbnb platform operations and hospitality principles.
