Requirements:
Handle a high volume of daily tickets related to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate a timely and orderly approach to work, consistently meeting deadlines.
Maintain reliability and effective communication with customers and team members.
Take thorough notes during customer interactions and ensure prompt completion of assigned tasks.
Punctuality is essential for work hours, calls, and meetings.
Embrace a problem-solving mentality, conducting research and exploring solutions independently before seeking assistance from team members or managers.

Attend work on time and maintain efficient work hours.
Respond promptly to communications unless in a meeting.

Take proactive notes during calls related to your work.
Maintain a list of tasks assigned on calls and follow up once completed.
Demonstrate self-accountability without reminders from others.

Communication:
Respond to Google Chat messages within 30 minutes during office hours.
Download Google Chat on both phone and desktop using your email.
Use the “reply in thread” feature in group chats to keep conversations organized.
