Stayful is a growing short term rental management business in the UK. We specialise in providing accommodation to guests across the UK on a short term basis and can offer property investors and landlords a hassle-free management service, taking care of all aspects of renting a property on the short term rental market. We have grown a modest portfolio of properties with many more in the pipeline and expectations of growing significantly this year.
The business has a core team of staff who work to provide excellent service to our guests around the clock whilst also effectively managing many unexpected challenges and problems that can often arise. The main focus of a typical day will involve responding to guest enquiries and solving problems for them whilst also being proactive to make sure the needs of the guests as well as the business are met. This could be ensuring the correct documentation has been submitted by guests, troubleshooting urgent issues, logging and scheduling maintenance requests, making sure listings and records are kept up to date or coordinating with cleaners.
Any successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong ability to problem solve and use their initiative, often independently, whilst exceptional attention to detail is also expected. You will have experience in providing personalised customer service both over the phone and with online messengers, and be used to working as part of a team You will find it effortless to build rapport with customers and communicate naturally without the use of scripts so that you can understand their needs and provide them with amazing service. Therefore a very good level of English is essential. As well as being the face of customer service you will be expected to manage your time effectively and independently since this is a completely remote role with a wide range of responsibilities.
Additionally, experience using software such as Slack, and Google Suite are all favourable but training will be provided. The successful candidate isn’t required to have any previous experience in short term rentals or hospitality however this would be beneficial.

The standard hours for this role are 33 hours per week Sunday through to Thursday with the following breakdown (GMT).
Sunday: 7pm – 12am
Monday: 9am – 12pm
Tuesday: 5am – 12pm
Wednesday: 5am – 2pm
Thursday: 5am – 2pm
This role will initially be for a 3-month trial period, following that, if successful, will become permanent. The pay will be negotiable depending on experience and will be set at an hourly rate.
