Smarcomms is hiring a Remote Customer Support Agent who is an expert in all things social media.

We are looking for a confident and assertive customer support rep who can think on their feet.

If you can problem solve and make your own decisions then this is the job for you.

If you are more introverted, and prefer to follow a set process, always need to ask a manager. This is not for you.

We are looking for a remote customer support manager to take charge of customer support (emails, live chat & tickets), onboarding processes, and documentation.

The role will be full-time for $500 per month, 10am – 7pm UK Time or 6pm – 3am GMT+8. Or, if you can work a US shift that would give your application extra bonus points.

Smarcomms is a social media management company providing small business owners with ‘done for you’ social media content and real organic growth for one low monthly fee. We’re a small and highly effective remote team of mainly independent contractors – you’ll work independently from wherever you want.

– You’re reliable. This is a remote position and nobody is going to look over your shoulder. Show up when you say you will do what you say you’ll do.

– Finally, you’re proactive about moving the company forward. When you notice areas for improvement you take the initiative to create change.
