Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Admin who specializes in data entry and possesses call center expertise. As a CSR Admin, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, focusing on data entry, while also providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions. It is essential to have a close to 0?cent to ensure clear and effective communication. Familiarity with Ring Central and Filevine is required. This position requires working night shifts to align with EST hours on a full-time basis.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including renaming attachments within document folders.
Add contacts within the appropriate contact section, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
Utilize Ring Central and Filevine to handle customer service calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to share Google Drive links for uploads and downloads, ensuring seamless document management.
Sort and organize general emails, moving them to specific projects or relevant folders for efficient retrieval.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
Follow company guidelines and protocols for data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks.
Adhere to strict security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive customer information.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry and call center/customer service roles.
Close to 0?cent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Ring Central and Filevine software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using Google Drive and email platforms for document management and communication.
Ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis, aligned with EST hours.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
