Job Description

I’m Sergio Paez and I am a Lucasfilm director and founder of StoryboardArt. We are looking to hire a new Customer Support Specialist for our online storytelling training platform.
A LOT is happening right now.
We have the industry leading training platform to help artists become professional storyboard artists for the entertainment industry.
We recently have 20% growth in our social media accounts and YouTube.
I’m energized and am creating TONS of new content to help artists out there…
AND NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP.
We’re looking to add one more member to the StoryboardArt team to help support our users hit their artistic goals.

Job Requirements:
-Available full time 40 hours per week. Remote work setup required
-Pacific time zone hours/flexibility (location can be anywhere)
-Wordpress experience
-Thrive Themes experience
-Vimeo Pro account experience
-Google Suite expert including gmail, gdocs, spreadsheets, drive, etc
-You worked before in a customer service or direct client role.
Task List:
-Monitor and filter incoming customer support and user messages- reply back with AMAZING messages and accurate content.
-Complete user ticket and support messages to pass to the right team member
-Organize and update weekly Zoom recordings to our Vimeo account
-Fill out dashboard spreadsheets with relevant content and customer info
-Will work with existing customer support supervisor to optimize current processes and responses
-Organize and post WordPress and Thrive Themes based content on our websites
-Organize google drive files. Create folders and manage external access
