Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Email Assistant with proficiency in video editing for Instagram content. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via email, providing exceptional customer service, and potentially assisting in creating engaging video content for our Instagram and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Management:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns received via email.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers in a courteous and empathetic manner, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.
Video Editing for Instagram:

Utilize video editing software to create visually appealing and engaging content for our Instagram platform.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for video content.
Ensure all video content aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
Administrative Support:

Assist in various administrative tasks related to customer service operations, such as data entry and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in email etiquette and correspondence.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Creativity and a keen eye for detail in video editing.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
High level of organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, is a plus.
