Job Description

What are we looking for:

Multiplymii is in search of a Customer Support & Operations Manager who will be working with our client based in the US. Our client is an e-commerce company that specializes in selling a range of party supplies, stationery, and gifts. Their product offerings are heavily focused on humor and are intended to bring a playful and entertaining element to various events and occasions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through email and chat. Additionally, you will be responsible for order management by entering sales orders into the inventory system.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

Handle various types of customer inquiries such as order tracking, product information, pricing, and general inquiries for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
Provide excellent customer service by managing all incoming communication channels such as emails and chats through the website
Ensure accurate and timely sales order processing. As such, you will be responsible for manually entering sales orders into the inventory system, Cin7.
Collaborating with the Warehouse and Fulfillment team to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
Regularly updating the inventory system and e-commerce platforms with new product information is also a critical part of your role. This includes adding new products and making sure that all relevant information is correct and up-to-date.
Keep track of inventory levels and proactively update the warehouse when necessary. This ensures that inventory is always stocked, reducing delays and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
Entering Purchase Orders and tracking received inventory against PO’s and updating the supervisor immediately about numbers that do not match.
Ask for and track/update email lists for wholesale customers

About You:

Core qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in providing customer service in an e-commerce company
Experience with inventory management systems, proficiency in Cin7 inventory management systems is a plus.
Prior experience in managing both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. Understands clearly the difference between wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales, pricing, and customer service.
Familiarity with Shopify, Etsy, and Faire platforms is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Able to handle various types of customer inquiries with ease, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate should embody the same brand personality and represent it in their interactions with customers.
