Job Title: Customer Support and Social Media Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a proactive, organized, and versatile Virtual Assistant to support one of our esteemed clients. The successful candidate will assist with a range of tasks including checking work orders, managing texting campaigns, reviewing customer tickets, liaising with clients, and aiding with recruitment and social media management. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular checking and updating of work orders.
Implementing and managing texting campaigns to remind customers of upcoming payments.
Monitoring and handling customer tickets, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients regarding their inquiries or concerns.
Assisting in the recruitment process and social media management activities.
Providing general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Basic understanding of social media management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or similar role is a plus.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
High-speed internet connection for remote work.
