Job Description

I am in search of a Customer Support and Success Representative to join my team on a part-time basis, initially for 10 hours per week. However, there is potential for an increase in hours up to 20 per week in the future, as the scope of customer success work expands.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients, through a support tool (HelpScout), and helping them achieve success down the line.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via the support tool, in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide guidance to customers on how to resolve them.
– Assist customers in navigating our platform and using our products effectively.
– Proactively identify and escalate customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
– Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
– Perform some administrative tasks such as data entry

Qualifications:

– 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
– At least 1 year of experience in SEO with a strong understanding of keyword research!
– Excellent written communication skills
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
– A positive mindset and can-do attitude are a must!
– (optional) Familiarity with the HelpScout ticketing systems.

Work Schedule:

– Flexible work schedule (my timezone is CET), every day of the week (2 hours/day).
– Start with a 10-hour work week (might evolve to 20 hours later on).

Pay Rate:
– $240/month for 10-hour work weeks ($6/hour). Weekly pay.
