Job Description

I am actively looking for an energetic and experienced Customer Support Assistant who will help our clients with their daily operations by assisting them with any issues related to the systems we offer them. The Customer Support Assistant must have good written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and be a team player who can work across different departments when handling issues.

The Role:
Work closely with the founders and Chief of Staff to drive our most important agenda: growing our user base through excellent customer service.
Answer client/prospect questions in a timely manner via intercom chat and email
Escalate client issues as needed
Log all product questions and feedback in the intercom and share with the product operations team to help influence the product roadmap

The Requirements:
Experience working in a high-paced environment like start-up, scale-up, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
Familiar with Google Workspace, Excel, and optionally Intercom, any CRM tool
Passionate about creators and want to build something meaningful, as the tools we create will empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Comfortable discussing your work with various stakeholders.
Open to receiving feedback and comfortable with regularly providing yours, too.
Growth mindset and want to get your hands dirty.
You are willing to invest in your personal learning and career development and are available full-time for at least 1 year
You are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Ability to work GMT +/- 2 (Berlin)

Grow into:
Business Development and Partnerships – You’ll be supporting the COO and Chief of Staff to grow the Passionfroot Partner Network to bring more sponsorships to our creators + also working on select product partnerships.
