I am e looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join a growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will answer customer queries via email, calls, and other communication platforms with templated responses, will follow template instructions to onboard new brands to the proprietary storytelling system, will track feedback/requests, escalate Tier 2 inquiries when necessary, and more.

The Role
– As a Customer Support Assistant, you will:
– Follow checklist/template instructions to onboard new brands to the proprietary storytelling system
– Track feedback/requests in a client-provided platform
– Escalate Tier 2 inquiries when necessary (when internal resources do not present a clear, decisive answer)
– Answer customer queries via email, calls, and other communication platforms with templated responses
– Support order management process
– Follow checklist/template instructions for ad hoc projects (i.e. delivering customized messages per client)
– Data entry and cleanup within HubSpot CRM
– Tracking customers’ conversations (about shipping, discounts, returns, refunds, and product inquiries) and escalating if necessary via Fresh desk
– Checking order status, issuing refunds/returns, and disputing chargebacks via Shopify or Shopify applications
– Tracking customer survey responses via Google Sheets
The Requirements
– 2+ years experience with client success and/or customer support
– 1+ years experience with Zendesk for ticket management
– 1+ years experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM (or similar tool)
– 1+ years experience with Fresh desk
– 1+ years experience with Shopify
Proficiency with Google Sheets
Strong written communication skills
Strong verbal communication skills (will have client-facing elements)
Experience with Slack and G Suit for internal comms
Ability to work EST/CST (6AM to 3PM Eastern Standard)
Nice to Have
– Experience with events, ticketing, or similar industries is nice to have
Job details:
Salary range: 35,000 – 45,000 (depends on your work experience)
Work Schedule: Night shift (CST)
