We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate with prior experience to help us handle our email/support tickets. You’ll be joining a new and expanding team on our secondary game that has recently gone viral. This may mean things such as your training and how you handle tickets may quickly evolve day to day as we figure everything out.
The role:
– Respond to our player’s issues via Helpshift
– Potentially review, confirm, and remove unwanted content from our application that is reported to us via support.
– Track, escalate, and monitor reported bugs and technical issues.
– Work closely with the team to identify necessary FAQ pages and macros and help to create them
– Come up with feedback and suggestions on how to improve our support response processes.
What we’re looking for:
– 1+ year experience working in a Support role, preferably written and not phone support.
– A college degree
– Native or close to native-level fluency in English, both spoken and written.
– Experience working with technical systems such as CRMs, Moderation systems, Admin Panels, etc.
– Interests in Mobile Gaming
– Experience working and communicating in a fully remote environment
– Availability to work both day and night shifts.
– High-speed internet and reliable electricity
– Reliable workstation
This is a Full Time Contract position. Benefits Include:
– 10 days PTO Per year.
– Double Pay in December of each year
– $500 Equipment Stipend after six months of employment.
