RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist and provide excellent service to customers either through emails/messages or phone calls (if needed);
* Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner;
* Refers unresolved customer inquiries to the team leader;
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
* Utilize our training materials to remain current with the company policies and procedures;
* Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information; and
* Report to the team leader if any issues arise and communicate effectively with the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Can work from 8 AM to 5 PM (CST; Dallas Time);
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in all methods of communication;
* Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
* Be able to respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and calm manner;
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
* Attentive and has an eye for detail and accuracy;
* Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic;
* Has the ability to prioritize and manage delegated tasks effectively;
* Has excellent problem-solving skills;
* Able to work as part of a team and is not afraid to speak up, recommend improvements, and bring up issues to the upper management/team leader; and
* Must be organized.

* Salary: $450 – $500 (Starting salary but will increase based on performance)
