### Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee our customer support, manage the back end of our Shopify platform, and handle manufacturing procurement and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. This role involves a mix of customer service, technical Shopify management, and coordination with manufacturing partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
### Key Responsibilities:
– **Customer Support Management:**
– Provide exceptional customer service by responding to emails, engaging in dialogues with customers, and resolving issues promptly.
– Oversee the returns process and manage product replacements, ensuring a positive customer experience.
– Coordinate with our manufacturing partners to address product-related inquiries and issues.
– Implement and organize ticketing software to efficiently manage customer inquiries and issues.
– **Shopify Backend Management:**
– Manage and update the Shopify store, including product listings, descriptions, and stock numbers.
– Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring product availability and timely restocking.
– Implement and oversee e-commerce best practices to optimize the online shopping experience.
– **Manufacturing Procurement and Timelines:**
– Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure timely procurement of materials and products.
– Oversee production timelines, ensuring all products meet our quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
– Manage relationships with multiple manufacturers, negotiating terms and monitoring performance.
– **Operations and Inventory Management:**
– Handle logistics and operations related to inventory management, including tracking and managing hundreds of SKUs.
– Develop and implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
### Requirements:
– Experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, and Shopify management.
– Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
– Experience in manufacturing procurement, production timelines, and inventory management.
– Proficiency in using ticketing software and e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
– Proficiency in English
