Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Call Agent with a sales-oriented approach to join our team. As a Customer Support Call Agent, your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming phone calls from potential customers in the US who are interested in our product. You will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and converting inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound phone calls from potential customers in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Engage with callers to understand their needs, answer product-related questions, and provide accurate information.
3. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our product to potential customers.
4. Address customer concerns, objections, and hesitations, with the goal of converting inquiries into sales.
5. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Maintain a deep understanding of our product, pricing, and promotional offerings.
7. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Prior Phone Sales Support Experience: Demonstrated experience in phone sales support is essential.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English skills are a must.
3. Confident Phone Presence: Ability to confidently communicate and build rapport with customers based in the US.
4. Product Knowledge: Willingness and ability to learn about our product in-depth to effectively address customer inquiries and promote its benefits.
5. Sales-driven: Strong sales skills with a customer-centric approach, focused on understanding customer needs and closing sales.
6. Problem-solving: Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and objections.
7. Time Management: Ability to manage call volume efficiently and adhere to schedules.
8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and customer requirements.
