Customer Support / Chat Support

Hello, we are a german Social Media Agency that exists since 2018 and we are looking for multiple Chat Support employee.

Experience in this specific field is not required because everything will be taught in the training.

Things that are important for the Job are:
1. Good English Skills (fluent English writing and good grammar),
2. Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Psychology are also great to have.
3. This will not be a short 4 week Project. We are searching for people who are willing to work full time over a long period of time. Our agency is already existing since 2018 and will exist for many many more years and we are searching for employees who are looking to grow inside of our company and work here for many years.

We know that there are many people on here who just try to scam you and let you work but dont pay you anything afterwards. We really dislike that and dont want anyone thinking that about our company so that’s why we are sending your salary every week so we can build up trust and a good working relationship together. The Salary stated below isn’t fixed and depends on how qualified you are for this job (with qualified i don’t talk about having experience. I talk mostly about your english skills and the ability to learn quickly)
