Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, with proficiency in using Zendesk. The role involves handling messaging/chat support, inbound/outbound calls, and emails to assist our users with their healthcare needs. Experience with Prior Authorization in a medical account is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including messaging/chat, inbound/outbound calls, and emails.
Utilize Zendesk to manage, track, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues related to their healthcare services.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest information on company products, services, and policies.
Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to help improve service delivery.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
Proficiency in using Zendesk or similar customer support software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in handling multiple communication channels (chat, calls, emails).
Knowledge of Prior Authorization processes in a medical account is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of empathy and customer-centric approach.

Pay: Php36,000.00 – Php39,000.00 per month
