We’re looking for great Customer Support Coordinators to join our growing team at ResolvedCX! If you’ve have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and know your way around Zendesk or similar tools, we would love for you to apply!

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, answering their questions and trying to solve any issues they have. We communicate with customers in many ways including email, calls, and other messages. Our clients are in healthcare so this is important work.

Your job will involve:

Helping customers through messaging, calls, and emails.
Using Zendesk to manage customer questions and fix problems.
Working with our team to make suggestions about how to improve our overall processes.
Keeping detailed records of what customers need and how we have helped them.
Spotting trends in what customers are saying so we can improve.
What you need:

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience with Zendesk or a similar tool (e.g., Gorgias, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc).
Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
Comfortable with messaging, calls, and emails.
A self-starter who pays attention to details.
The ability to work by yourself or with a team.
Strong organizational ability and a bias toward action
Customer empathy and compassion.
It’s a plus if you have experience with Prior Authorization in healthcare.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php36,000.00 – Php39,000.00 per month
