Job Description

Join our fast-growing company as a Customer Support / Data Entry Specialist. You will be a part of a dream-team who will maintain and develop healthy customer relationships for the popular bus booking service.
It will be also a data entry related to T&Cs (terms & conditions), fares, classes and amenities for our partners.

It is a full time remote position.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Canada time.

Your responsibilities:
– Data entry related to Terms and Conditions, fares, classes and amenities for company partners.
– Solve 150-200 support tickets per week.
– Use macros in the responses as a base for faster replies and personalize them as needed.
– Follow the guidelines to manage exceptional circumstances (e.g. posting on Slack to request additional information).
– Learn how to manage more complex cases.
– Follow procedures for exceptional refunds (e.g. posting on Slack to request authorization).
– Spot recurrent issues and bring them up to the rest of the team as well as trends with different suppliers and their responsiveness.
– Correctly tag tickets on Zendesk in order to understand why the customer contacted us, the supplier associated with their question and what was the action.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
– English B2/C1 (writing and speaking);
– Experience in Customer Support;
– Experience in Data Entry;
– You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
– Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with self-employed;
– Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar);
– Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
