Job Description: Are you a talented and driven individual with a passion for customer service and a flair for digital marketing and social media management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are a dynamic and innovative company based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, seeking a Customer Service Support professional to join our expanding team remotely.

You will play a vital role in strengthening our business’s online presence and engaging with our valued customers across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all our online community members. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating compelling and captivating content for our active social media accounts to reach and resonate with our target market group.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:
– Responding to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
– Providing outstanding customer support and assistance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
– Working with designers and sales team to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
– Creating engaging and persuasive content that promotes our products and services, generating interest among potential customers.
– Coordinate and manage timely postings of content across digital platforms.
– Monitoring social media trends, user engagement, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
– Maintain a consistent and effective contribution to our work log system and follow business protocols.
– Assist with creation of new internal marketing materials.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Assist on strategic market research.
– Able to manage complex priorities.

Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
– Fluent English, Professional Communication.
– Proficient computer skills with stable internet connection.
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Offices, Adobe, and Google Docs.
– Extensive knowledge in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
– Exceptional creative writing skills to craft compelling and attention-grabbing content.
– Proven experience in social media management, with the ability to leverage various platforms effectively.
– Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and track the success of social media campaigns.
– Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software for content creation.
– Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices.

Hours and compensation:
– 8 Hours/day to be scheduled between 8am-7pm PST Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian weekends and BC/Stat Holidays.
– Salary: $2-$4.5/Hour. (Pay may vary based on years of experience, and/or other factors.)
– Training will be provided.
