We are a dynamic dropshipping company managing multiple e-commerce stores on Shopify across Europe. With over seven figures in revenue, we are rapidly expanding and looking for talented individuals to join our customer support team to help us maintain and enhance our customer satisfaction.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Customer Support Specialist. Our ideal candidate is someone who:
Has previous experience in: customer support or a related field.
Is passionate about: delivering exceptional customer service.
Is familiar with: e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
Possesses excellent communication skills and can handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Understands customer service metrics and has a keen interest in improving these metrics.
Is highly organized and can manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Keeps up with industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Has a problem-solving attitude and the willingness to take the initiative to resolve issues.
Thrives as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Can prioritize tasks and work independently.
Has experience with PayPal disputes and can resolve issues efficiently.
