Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Philippines

Responsibilities:
– Making Things Run Smoothly: You’ll use a special computer tool called Dianxiaomi to make sure customer orders and invoices are handled really well. We want everything to be accurate and on time.
– Inventory Manager: You’ll help keep track of the products we have. It’s like making sure we always have enough of what our customers want. You’ll work with different teams to make sure everything is ready to go.
– Talking to Customers: You’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they have questions. You’ll answer their messages and make sure they’re happy.
– Helping Us Get Better: You’ll keep track of information so we can learn from it and make things even better. Your ideas will be important to us.
– Being Excellent at Your Job: We have some goals we want to meet, like making sure orders are done quickly and our customers are happy. We hope you can help us meet these goals.
Requirements:
– Language Skills: You need to be good at English and be able to talk to our customers in Mandarin/Chinese using text messages.
– Computer Whiz: You should know how to use Dianxiaomi and other tools that help us do our job well.
– Pay Attention to Details: Little things matter. Being careful and organized will help you do your job.
– Good Talker: You should be able to talk nicely with customers and also work well with our team.
– Education: If you have a degree in business or something similar, that’s great, but it’s not a must.
– Work Experience: We’d like you to have at least 2 years of experience in a job like this, but we’re open to hearing your story.
– Adaptability: Our job can change sometimes. You should be okay with that and ready to learn new things.
