LOTT is looking for a talented client support agent with lots of experience in Facebook Media Buying that can answer any technical inquiries from the businesses we service. The ideal candidate has:

1. +4 years Facebook Media Buying experience
2. Humility
3. Flexibility
4. Strong & proactive reporting & communication skills

We want you to not ONLY be a media buyer, but a client support agent that can answer any questions about advertising strategies & policies, can help set up the right Facebook structure (e.g. pages, the pixel, ad accounts etc.) and can advice on ways that clients can improve their funnel.

But be prepared because this is not a 5-day per week job. We need 24/7 support, so this job requires you to be available on weekends too.
