Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Aventus LLC, you will be the frontline ambassador for our valued clients. You will interact with customers in the fitness industry, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fitness and possess a strong understanding of macronutrients, cutting and bulking phases, and the muscle-gaining process.
Responsibilities:
-Responding to customer inquiries and providing prompt and accurate assistance through various support channels (email, live chat, text/SMS, social media)
-Resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
-Understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
-Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
-Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution
-Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant information in the system
Requirements:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong understanding of the fitness industry, including macronutrients, cutting and bulking phases, and muscle gain
-Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
-Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
-Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer support software/systems
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
-Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed (Worked holidays are paid at a special rate)

We are seeking outgoing individuals who can establish a friendly rapport with customers while maintaining a laid-back and casual tone. Overly bubbly or excessively formal communication styles may not resonate well with our customer base. If you have a relaxed and approachable demeanor, enjoy using “bro language,” and can adapt to various customer preferences, you’ll be a great fit for our team.
