About Us:

, a leader in SEO and digital marketing automation utilizing GPT-4, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support & Fulfillment Manager to join our innovative team.

This part-time role is pivotal in enhancing our customer service and fulfillment processes, ensuring the efficient operation of our digital services through effective management and collaboration with our webmaster team.

Position: Customer Support & Fulfillment Manager (Part-time, 20 hrs/wk, 8 am – noon PHT)

Responsibilities:

– Daily Management and Oversight: Oversee the work of webmasters to guarantee the timely fulfillment of customer orders and support inquiries.

– Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Become highly familiar with ’s SOPs and basic technology to ensure seamless customer support and order fulfillment.

– Direct Communication: Check in daily with ’s two webmasters, making sure they are adhering to SOPs.

– Reporting: Report directly to the CEO on the performance of the webmaster team and the status of customer support and order fulfillment.

– Daily Standup Meetings: Conduct daily standup meetings with the webmaster team to discuss progress, obstacles, and strategies for improvement.

– Process Improvement: Provide suggestions for how we can improve our processes and technology to better improve customer retention.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in SOPs and basic technology related to digital marketing and web management.

– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

– Experience in customer service team management, preferably in a digital or tech environment.

– Ability to report and provide valuable feedback to senior management.
