We’re an online academy that helps professional working adults create a 5-figure/monthly side income through our business programs and software. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Customer Support.

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients via various support channel. This role will require a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with product-related issues or technical difficulties.
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
– Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products/services and stay updated on any changes or updates.
– Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and analysis.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including liaison for scheduled calls.
– All other ad-hoc assignments related to customer support.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication, or a related discipline).
– At least 5 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on empathy and active listening.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions.
– A dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work, including a stable internet connection.
– Experience working in a remote customer support role, ideally in a tech-related industry.
