Customer Support Assistant – Tax Preparation Services
Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a reliable and dynamic Customer Support Assistant fluent in speaking English with a strong American accent. The primary responsibility involves making outbound calls to clients, ensuring their scheduling their tax preparation appointments for the upcoming tax season. This full-time role requires a commitment of up to 3 – 6 months, with an immediate start for orientation and training this week.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls proficiently, assisting clients in scheduling tax preparation appointments.
Exhibit exceptional navigational skills across multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Adapt quickly to training, demonstrating fast learning abilities and information retention.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively to meet deadlines independently.
Requirements:
Fluency in spoken English with a clear American accent.
Proven reliability with a commitment to start orientation and training within the current week.
Capability to navigate multiple computer systems concurrently.
Fast learner with the ability to retain and apply information effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a bubbly and energetic personality.
Strong multitasking abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines independently.
Availability to work full-time from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM EST, Monday through Thursday, and Saturday from 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in managing multiple computer systems simultaneously.
High adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
Energetic personality with a positive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
Ability to multitask efficiently while meeting set deadlines.
