Customer Acquisition Specialist via Instagram Messaging and Posting

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented individual to join our sales and marketing team as a Customer Acquisition Specialist. This role involves new customer acquisition through sending pre-written messages and posting pre-defined content on Instagram, key to expanding our customer base and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively sending pre-written messages to potential customers on Instagram.
• Posting pre-defined engaging content on our Instagram account to support customer acquisition efforts.
• Monitoring interactions and engagement on Instagram to identify and nurture potential leads.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure message content and posts align with overall strategy and goals.
• Managing and maintaining a contact list to ensure all communication efforts are targeted and effective.
• Analyzing campaign results and producing reports to measure performance and inform strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer acquisition, preferably in a digital environment or direct marketing.
• Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms as communication and sales channels.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with different audiences.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using performance data to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working under pressure to deliver results.
