IMMEDIATE HIRE – WILL RESPOND TO QUALIFIED CANDIDATES IN 12-24 HOURS

* Overview
We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) candidate who is looking for a long-term position as a Client/Customer Service Representative. Qualified candidates will have:
– 3-5+ years of professional experience in Customer Service or BPO, and
– Fluent (near native) written and oral English communication skills.

This is a night-shift position – the hours are Wednesday – Sunday from 9 PM to 6 AM (PST, Manila).

** Your Work Day Will Include:
– Working a night shift, Wednesday – Sunday from 9 PM to 6 AM (PST, Manila).
– Becoming the in-house expert, always being the point of contact and knowing the fine details and differences between dozens of items (and their unique configurations) at any given time.
– Working with and providing support to Clients – building, configuring, and adjusting items sold using our software (SaaS).
– Providing phone and email support to our Clients (and our Client’s Customers).
– Logging activates and creating reports relating to the support you provide.

** You Can Work:
– From home, with your own hardware (e.g., laptop or computer, internet, headset), and use software to track your activities.

– The night shift in the Philippines, starting work in the evening (9 pm) and ending early morning (6am).
– Exclusively for us, without the need to maintain side jobs, because the attention to detail, availability, and overall demands of the position require your full attention.
– Occasional overtime; for example, every month or two, a teammate may become ill or we may have a surge in activities (sales).

** Qualifications:
– Fluent and near native written and oral English communication skills.
– 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or BPO, using English as the primary form of communication (phone and email).
– Technically savvy; having a good knowledge and understanding of modern technology, especially computers.
– Proficiency in GSuite (or Microsoft Office) – Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets.
– Attention to detail with the ability to manage and coordinate the fine details and differences between items sold and software configurations.
