Customer Support & Love – Full-Time Support Role

We are looking for an incredibly competent, FAST, and awesome (!) individual to help us deliver great customer service, by email and social media channels.

We provide strong personal growth tools to the world, including the promotion of meditation to productive people. We have a strong catalog of products, and we need someone GREAT to help support them!

This will be a part-time role, for around 8 hours per day, from your home, for five days per week, including weekends. There is room for some negotiation on times and days, however weekend coverage is essential. (This role may or may not incorporate the graveyard shift; if you cannot do a graveyard role, please state this in your message.)

You will use that time to provide email and chat support, as well as other key tasks.

You will need to have *100% amazing* English skills. The slightest typo or grammar kink is going to drive myself and our customers crazy. If you can’t get this absolutely right, please don’t expect to be on the team.

You will also need to be relatively technical, and preferably hold liberal and scientific life views, owing to the nature of the products involved.
