We are looking for someone skilled in customer service. A background in property management leasing and/or maintenance is a huge benefit!

The Customer Support Manager will be an integral position within a fast growing company. This position is primarily
responsible for the coordination and communication between Peak Property Management and Tenants under
management. The Customer Support Manager will be answering phone calls for main Tenant inquiries, dispatching leads to the
Leasing Specialist, and Maintenance to the Maintenance Specialist. This position will also be communicating with
incoming Tenant inquiries online and over the phone and must be able to understand how to find answers by being
resourceful. This may require research through various documentation, work history, or leases to find answers. If you
cannot find the answer, you must be able to take a detailed message for the team to help you, and then return the call to
provide information. Each inquiry must be analyzed to determine appropriate action.

The Customer Support Manager will also be helping answer website chat features, provide automated online rent analysis, and
other data entry items that the Team may need assistance with. This position should consider themselves an overall
“Communications Specialist” to be sure all communication between Tenants and Peak Property Management is being
handled in a timely manner.

There may be situations that are urgent, and the person in this position must understand urgency and be willing to work
hard to communicate well and resolve issues quickly. The Customer Support Manager will also be communicating with Property
Managers, Field Agents, Leasing Specialists, and Maintenance Specialists on a daily basis.

This is primarily a customer service role! Must be an expert in handling escalated complaints and maintain high professionalism. 3+ years of customer service with a background in property management preferred!
