Join our fast-growing company as a Customer Support Manager with fluent English.

It is a full-time remote position.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 PM – 6 AM Philippine time (night shifts).

Your responsibilities:
– Develop healthy Customer Relationship;
– Keep clients engaged and regularly using products;
– Constant follow up on clients: service usage, issues,
renewals;
– Build customer loyalty and retention;
– Resolve customer issues;
– Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to
improve all aspects of the customer experience;
– Build Trust and Transparency with Clients;
– Collaborates with other departments to achieve
organizational goals;
– Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams;
– Onboards New Clients (optional).

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
– English C1 or fluent written and speaking;
– Work experience in the same position;
– General knowledge of CRM systems;
– General knowledge of internet, software, Windows OS, Mac OS;
– You can work as a self-employed person;
– You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
– Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar);
– Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
