We currently have an opportunity for the right person to join our team in a Customer Support role. This is a key position, as you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to enhance their overall experience with Urban Forest Care. You will play a crucial role in the success of our operations by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service.

Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and positive demeanor.
Provide accurate information about our services, including details about tree care, maintenance plans, and community projects.
Assist customers with scheduling appointments, processing payments, and providing updates on service timings.
Collaborate with our arborists and field teams to ensure customer needs are met and any issues are resolved swiftly.
Maintain and update customer records in our database, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
Contribute to the development and improvement of our customer service protocols and procedures.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices and customer service trends.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry or service-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
A friendly and professional demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of tree care and arboricultural practices is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other common office software.
