• You have an eye for detail and like things to be well organized and accurate.
• You enjoy the puzzle of scheduling Caregivers with Clients
• You are a natural completer who enjoys getting tasks ticked off on your to-do list.
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in scheduling, and talking to caregivers and clients is a must.

Responsibilities

Primarily
• After-hours scheduling (such as cancelling shifts, re-opening shifts, contacting Caregivers to fill shifts that have been called out)
• Responding to Caregiver’s Issues
• Responding to Client Issues
• Providing scheduling assistance through answering basic questions, like who is my caregiver, and some questions from caregivers.
• Sending messages to Caregivers
• Reviewing the Schedule to see who is not clocked in or clocked-out and contacting them.

Secondary
• Verifying previous shifts for billing purposes
• Entering New Caregivers into various Apps
• Processing Terminated Caregivers through various Apps
• Uploading Data to Keap, our CRM system
• Reviewing Care Plans vs Schedule and Identifying variances
• Provide relevant and up-to-date reporting data

Note: Shifts Available
Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time United States

Qualifications
• High School Diploma / College Diploma
• Good written and spoken English language skills
• Previous work-related experience, knowledge, or experience in a similar role
• Great communication skills including telephone manner
• Tech Savvy; Essential
• Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Qualifications, such as HHA, CNA or experience within home healthcare preferred but not required.
