We’re looking to expand our team with a **Customer Support & Operations Specialist** to take ownership of our customer support (answer tickets, update documentation, etc.) and also help with the occasional operational tasks (pay affiliates, reach out to creators).
### Responsibilities
You responsibilities will span across customer support, product and operations.
**Customer Support**
– Reply to users across all Typefully accounts — from the Intercom in-app support chat, to our social media accounts on ???? and LinkedIn
– We get around 20 tickets per day, most of which require just a quick answer
**Documentation**
– Create and maintain company documentation including:
– Support articles
– Saved replies
– Internal documentation and SOPs
**Product**
– Support the Engineering team with user-facing feedback:
– Report bugs & feature requests
– Reproduce user issues
– QA new feature releases
**Operations**
– Support team by handling operational tasks:
– Reach out to creators
– Pay affiliates

## About you
You are a great fit if:
– You can speak and write perfect English
– You are empathetic and enjoy helping customers
– You are passionate about software and can learn Typefully and our tools fast
– You can manage yourself and enjoy a quiet, focused, async, remote working environment
– You are detail-oriented, can keep tasks organized, update our SOP’s, investigate and write detailed bug reports
Nice to have:
– You are tech savvy
– You are flexible with working hours and can accomodate the occasional meeting in an European timezone (we won’t ask you to work at 3am in the morning, but we might ask you to have a call every two weeks at 7-8pm your time).
– You have used Typefully before and know the product already
– You know no-code and can get your way around tools like Zapier
