Job Details
We are looking for a Customer Experience representative to help provide a quality experience for our customers. This position will be acting as a brand representative, and will be responsible for day-to-day communications with all customers, providing an elevated experience, as well as improving flow and process.
For this role, you should be a self-driven individual that is looking to learn valuable skills with a growing Ecommerce clothing brand. Attention to detail, communication and organization are incredibly important.

Time requirement
8am – 4pm PST (1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities
– Read and reply to customer inquiries regarding product, order process, shipping, delivery, etc.
– Represent the AKASHI-KAMA brand using excellent service and brand voice
– Manage returns and exchanges process in spreadsheets, communicate between remote team and the warehouse
– Track Ecommerce Inventory in Shopify and other softwares
– Maintain ongoing communication with cross-functional team members
– Occasionally support company initiatives in relation to product launches
– Continuously build knowledge of company product, history, and brand mission
– Strive to meet and exceed personal and team goals
– Collaborate in gathering customer service data and information when necessary
– Communicate clearly with management on tasks
– Manage daily administrative tasks and documents, as well as general formatting
– Attend weekly team meetings within working hours and provide valuable feedback, insights, and ideas
– Take on other projects and responsibilities when necessary in a rapidly moving environment
Requirements for consideration

– Prior experience in customer service / customer experience
– Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication Skills
– High-speed internet / Stable internet
– Experience using Google docs and computer literacy
– Must be organized, accountable, and illustrate keen attention to detail. Able to work both independently and collaboratively
– Able to commit to long term employment
