JOB OVERVIEW

If so, then please read carefully. Our growing e-commerce company has a fantastic job opportunity for “A Customer Support /Shopfiy All-Star that can meet certain criteria.

We’re really looking for that special person that could become a ‘Customer Support Specialist / Shopify All Star’ on our team.

We are looking for a Full-Time role.

The role requires using Shopify, FB Messenger, Customer Service Via Email and Phone and order Fulfillment experience.

You will be responsible for handling all inbound emails, and inbound phone calls and responding to them in a respectful manner, and Facebook chat, live chat etc. You will need to be able to respond quickly to chat and provide tracking information and answers to various questions that come in.

Very good English and communication skills are a must.

Must have a fast internet connection and be available on Skype for training.

Available hours of work to be determined. Currently Seeking working hours of 6 am EST to 12 pm EST or 6 pm EST to 12 am EST- MUST WORK ON A DAILY SCHEDULE, on time every day. If anything occurs and you are unable to perform you must give notice.

Will be paid bi-weekly or monthly, flexibility provided.

Tasks:
-Responsible for handling all inbound emails, responding to them in a respectful manner and Facebook chat.
– Must work on a daily schedule on time every day. (Flexible hours/days based on 24/7 schedule)
– Will need to be able to respond quickly to chat and provide tracking information and answers to various questions that come in.
-Resolve customer complaints via email, mail, or social media.
-Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for messaging them on Facebook
-Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
-Advise on company information.
-Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
-Place or cancel orders.
-Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
-Act as the company gatekeeper.
-Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
-Attempt to persuade a customer to reconsider cancellation.
-Inform customers of deals and promotions.
-Sell products
-Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
– Fluent in English to address any questions or concerns via phone.

Wage:
-To Be Negotiated
– Raises are given based on performance, efficiency, adaptability, and consistency.
– 3-month probation to observe performance and skills.
