Customer Support (Phone, Chat, Mail) – german & english

We are looking for a German and English speaking expert in customer advice and administrative assistance who can support us in looking after our properties (short term rental) with his/her organizational talent and positive attitude.

You are ready to take on customer advice, customer support (phone, chat, email) and administrative assistance in our company. Previous customers would describe you as reliable and responsible. You are always ready to take on a new challenge and trust in your expertise.

Ideally, you are interested in short-term rentals and have already gained experience with AirBnB and booking.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

1. Answer customer inquiries flawlessly and promptly in both German and English. (phone and chat, email)
2. Maintain contact with specialists for property maintenance and, if necessary, research new contacts in order to respond fairly to tenant requests (e.g. electrician in a certain residential area).
3. Documentation of the work steps and processes so that someone can step in for you in the event of illness (you will receive appropriate training).
4. Other administrative activities

YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

1. You have at least 1 year of work experience as a virtual assistant
2. You have good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
3. You know the following online tools and have used them before:
a. Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
b. Slack
c. Ideally: Airtable (project management)
4. Ideally, you have already gained work experience documenting processes

COMPENSATION

You are self-employed as a virtual assistant and your hourly rate for the described tasks is $6/hour. We would like to start with 80 hours per month and are looking for a long-term collaboration.
