Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and assist client’s or other stakeholder’s inquiries
– Direct the inquiries to respective parties
– Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
– Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients
– Ensure client satisfaction, and loyalty, and drive business growth
– Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
– Develop strategies to retain clients and enhance loyalty
– Participate in meetings where the presence of the Client Relations department is needed and carry out the tasks outlined during the meeting
– Address and reply to clients who have submitted their reviews on our Google Business Page
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
– Experience in BPO or Customer Service is a plus
– Familiarity with the US Real Estate market is beneficial
– Able to work in the US Eastern Time Zone (EST), from Saturday to Sunday, 9am-6pm (inclusive of a daily 1-hour unpaid break)
– Stable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
– Familiarity with “Follow Up Boss” or “Zillow” is a plus
– We use screenshot monitoring on our VAs
