Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers promptly and professionally through various communication channels such as phone, email, and, live chat.
• Provide accurate and helpful information about Lula Convenience’s products, services, and delivery options to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and tracking, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns, striving to exceed their expectations while adhering to our company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our customer support software or ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and technology, to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and suggestions to enhance our customer support processes.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to support the overall customer support function.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years’ experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, displaying quick thinking and creativity in resolving customer issues.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to assist customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing workload based on customer needs.
• Familiarity with customer support software, ticketing systems, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Proficient in standard office software such as email, spreadsheets, and word processing applications.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
