Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a part of our job board platform, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our listings and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include approving and disapproving user edits, managing queries, and handling support tickets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Review and approve or disapprove user edits on job listings based on set guidelines.
– Manage and resolve user queries and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (email, chat, etc.).
– Maintain accurate records of user interactions and transactions.
– Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and user experience.
– Assist in the development of user support materials and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar position.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines accurately.
– Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
