Customer Support Representative

Join our fast growing company as a Customer Support Representative with fluent English.

It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule:Monday – Sunday : 6am-3pm ; 2pm-11pm ; 8pm-5am (GMT+8)

Your responsibilities:
– Politely respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner;
– Support with technical questions;
– Cooperate with development and QA teams to resolve the issues from customers;
– Review and improve the Customer Support Section including FAQ, and Knowledge Base on our website;
– Analyze customer requests and suggest improvements

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
– Fluent English B2-C1 level (writing and speaking);
– Experience as a Customer Support ;
– Experience with CRMs;
– Experience with Mac and Windows OS will be an advantage;
– Strong problem resolution skills;
– Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail, respect for the Client and focus on helping them;
– Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
– You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
– Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
