Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will serve as front-line support to our customers, helping make our process run productively and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. This person shall be involved in resolving product issues, answering customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing phone-based support to customers. The responsibility entails understanding customers’ needs, giving them information about products, and offering solutions that ensure a good customer experience.

Job Duties:
• Answer customer inquiries in the support email queue
• Answer and provide Customer Support calls and emails
• Fully memorize the Amazon Core 13 policies
• Ask questions when needed
• Open to constructive feedback and shows a strong willingness to learn
• Beginner in lighting terminology and Sunco products
• Knows what resources are available for all inquiries including the Customer Success policies and procedures, Teams Drive, Teams Chats, Products, Teams, Leads, and Managers

Qualifications
• Preferably, a college graduate or with a bachelor’s degree
• Relevant experience working in a BPO, call center, customer service, or customer support role
• Experience in email and phone support
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Additional Requirements
• Reliable internet access
• Private remote workstation
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
