Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels. Your primary focus will be on answering phone calls, online chat inquiries, and responding to customer emails promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will process refunds, handle order follow-ups, and provide support through email and SMS communication.
Responsibilities:
– Customer Communication: Answer phone calls, online chat inquiries, and respond to customer emails in a courteous and efficient manner. Address customer questions, concerns, and provide accurate information about our products or services.
– Order Lookup and Processing: Utilize our internal CRM system to access and retrieve customer order details. Process refunds and other customer requests following internal procedures and guidelines.
– Email and SMS Communication: Send email and SMS quotes to customers as needed. Ensure clear and concise communication while adhering to company standards and policies.
– Inbound Inquiries: Handle approximately 80 inquiries per day, primarily through emails and direct messages (DMs). Respond promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Order Follow-up: Proactively follow up with customers regarding their orders, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Requirements
– Strong written English and verbal communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
– Attention to detail to address customer inquiries accurately and process requests.
– Excellent communication and writing skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
– Preferably experience working with Shopify or familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
– Experience using a noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and uninterrupted communication.
– Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
– Timeliness and efficiency in handling customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
