Job Description

We are currently in search of a proficient and seasoned Customer Support Representative to become an integral part of our team. As a member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing inquiries and concerns.

If you boast a minimum of 5 years of experience in the customer service sector and possess outstanding email response skills, capable of responding within 1-2 minutes per email once connected to our system, we invite you to reach out.

This role is both challenging and rewarding, requiring excellent communication, problem-solving prowess, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

– Address customer inquiries and deliver accurate and timely solutions via email.
– Manage a high volume of customer emails, ensuring a swift turnaround for each response.
– Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
– Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team.
– Strive to meet and exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time and satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the ECommerce sector.
– Experience in managing customer support for the UK, Germany, and Central Europe.
– Proficiency with Shopify.
– Experience with Reamaze is a plus
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a strong command of the English language.
– Proven ability to handle a substantial volume of emails while consistently maintaining exceptional response times.
– Exceptional problem-solving skills, displaying the capacity to think critically and independently.
– Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to multitask effectively.
– Possesses an empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with customers.
– Demonstrates proactive and critical thinking.
– Flexible schedule, with the capability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
