Job Description

Join our fast growing company as a Customer Support Representative with fluent English.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through various processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively in a fast-paced environment.

It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: Friday – Tuesday, 6 pm – 3 am Manila time.

Your responsibilities:
– Manage open tickets and calls in a timely manner;
– Achieving the previously set KPIs (CSAT, SLA, Productivity, % of missed calls, etc);
– Following the assigned priority;
– Maintaining 24/7 coverage for clients;
– Keeping the database and FAQs up to date;
– Offer overall workflow improvements;
– Maintain regular reporting.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
– Fluent English (writing and speaking);
– Experience as a Customer Support Representative;
– Experience with CRMs;
– Strong problem resolution skills;
– Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail, respect for the Client and focus on helping them;
– Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
– You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
– Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
