Job Description

We’re seeking a Customer Support Representative who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our company provides robust influencer marketing solutions for brands and agencies around the globe. In this role, you will be the frontline of support, working directly with our clients to solve their problems and enhance their user experience.

Responsibilities:
– Provide live chat and email support to customers from 8 AM to 4 PM (Philippines Time), quickly responding to their inquiries and addressing their needs.
– Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and proactively.
– Assist the sales team with data entry tasks during downtime.
– Develop and maintain customer support documentation that can be beneficial to the team and improve our overall service delivery.
– Collaborate with the team to continually improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
– Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
– Strong problem-solving skills, able to think quickly under pressure.
– Excellent written communication skills, particularly in English.
– Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
– Experience with customer support platforms is a plus.
– Familiarity with the influencer marketing space is desirable.
