Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to handle a high volume of emails while maintaining exceptional response times.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customers.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with email management systems and customer support software.
* Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
